Today is Black Friday, the busiest shopping day of the year. What our ailing economy needs right now is for all Americans to shop 'til they drop.

As President, I am well aware of how bad things are for many of you. Some of you have lost your jobs. Some of you have lost your homes. Things are looking bleak for the holiday retail season.

That's why I created the Consumer Stimulus Spending Program, just in time for the holiday season.

So before you head out today to the malls, first make a quick stop at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing website for some holiday cash.
